I am not sure if this is an issue yet, but it is a concern I will like to share with you.
In some cases, .net runtime needs upgrade, and this is managed by Microsoft Update.
This should not affect the Add-in inner working, but just in case, if you detect something is nor working properly after that kind of upgrade, you can try to unsinstall and the reinstall factoffice again.
