Hola, estamos probando la versión 1.3 de Facoffice y hemos encontrado un problema que no sabemos como resolver.

Empezamos las pruebas en un directorio local y después de comprobar que nos podía vale modificamos la configuración para que utilizara un directorio de la red.

El directorio de la red está vacío, pero en la lista de facturas en borrador o emitidas nos siguen apareciendo aquellas que habíamos generado como prueba en local.

He eliminado las facturas de la lista usando el botón derecho y la opción eliminar y cuando abro de nuevo, los ficheros siguen estando en el directorio local y las facturas vuelven a aparecer en la lista.

He repetido el proceso y después manualmente he borrado los ficheros en local, el resultado es aún peor, porque ahora las facturas aparecen en la lista de facturas de Facoffice, pero ya no me deja eliminarlas con el botón derecho porque físicament no existen.

¿Cómo hay que hacer para suprimir una factura emitida o un borrador de la lista de facturas?

Solución.

Bueno hablando con la Cámara de Comercio he solucionado el problema. Dejo la solución por si alguien tiene el mismo problema.

Es necesario ir a la url http://www.bit4id.com/espanol/descargas_camerfirma.htm y bajarse el "kit camerfirma" para nuestro sistema operativo.

Hay que instalar todos los modulos sin tener el token usb pinchado.

Una vez instalado, cuando se pincha el token, es posible usar el certificado de la Cámara de Comercio igual que es posible usar el DNIe.

Sólo he tenido problemas con el timestamp, por algún motivo no me funcionaba si no escogía la primera de las opciones que Factoffice ofrece.

Gracias, efectivamente tiene algún mecanismo por el cuál es imposible exportarlo como p12 o pfx, así que no hay forma de obtener la clave privada. Voy a probar con otro certificado de empresa y si funciona guardaré el de la Cámara de Comercio en un cajón profundo.

Por cierto el add-in tiene muy buen aspecto. Gracias

La aplicación que se suministra con el certificado, estará utilizando una librería pkcs#11 para poder acceder al USB, y la importación la estará haciendo sólo del certificado en sí, es decir, la clave pública, por lo que no se puede utilizar para realizar firmas. Si no encuentras la opción de exportar la clave privada, va a ser muy complicado poder hacerlo.

Te podemos decir que pruebes a ver si existe alguna opción de exportar a p12 o pfx, ya que estas opciones permiten la exportación de la clave privada.

Entrando en un ámbito más técnico, la firma se realiza siempre con la clave privada, ya que esta clave solo la posee y tiene acceso quien realiza la firma. Para verificar las firmas, se utiliza la clave pública que es la conocida por todos. Por este motivo ni Facturae ni ningún otro formato permite realizar las firmas con la clave pública.

En cuanto a la pregunta sobre el certificado de la Cámara de comercio no te podemos contestar porque no es obligatorio el poner password a los certificados y sólo dependerá de la política de cada sitio y de donde y como se hayan generado.

Gracias por la respuesta.

El certificado, como dije, está en un token usb. A diferencia del DNIe no aparece automáticamente en el almacén de certificados cuando se pincha.

A través de una aplicación que se suministra con el propio certificado he podido ver el contenido y aparece una opción para importarlo a IE. Se importa sin ningún problema y está pensado para la firma. Ahora me aparece en la lista de certificados para usar, pero si lo selecciono me aparece una ventana diciéndome que no lo puedo usar porque no tiene "clave privada".

He estado buscando y en ningún lugar, a la hora de exportarlo a fichero o importarlo directamente en IE, me da la opción de exportar la clave privada.

¿Debo entender que el certificado o no la tiene o bien no me deja acceder? ¿Facturae no permite usar el certificado si no tiene clave privada?

P.,D. El certificado de la Cámara de Comercio (Camerdata) tiene un pin para acceder a él?

Buenas tardes,

Los certificados que muestra FactOffice son los que hay en el almacen de Windows. Compruebe que cuando conecta su pen-usb con el certificado de la Cámara de Comercio, Windows lo reconoce. Para ello, abra un navegador, por ejemplo Internet Explorer y acceda a Herramienta/Opciones de Internet, pulse sobre la pestaña de "Contenidos". En dicha pestaña aparece un botón "Certificados" pulseló y podrá ver que certificados estan actualmente en el almacén. Si su certificado no se encuentra ahí, significa que Windows no lo reconoce y por tanto FactOffice no lo mustra, si por el contrario su certificado se encuentra en el almacen, necesitariamos mas información sobre el certificado como por ejemplo para que usos se expidio ya que FactOffice solo muestra certificados cuyo uso sea el de firmar. Si su certificado es simplemente de autenticación, puede que esa sea la razón por la que no se muestre.

He instalado correctamente Factoffice y he conseguido firmar facturas usando mi DNIe, sin embargo tengo un certificado de la Cámara de Comercio en un pen-usb que Factoffice no es capaz de reconocer.

He instalado el software de la Cámara de Comercio que se adjunta con el certificado y es capaz de reconocer el token. ¿Alguna idea? Gracias

Facturae contempla 19 tipos distintos de impuestos entre los que figura el IGIC (Impuesto general indirecto de Canarias), IGTECM (Impuesto general sobre el tráfico de empresas que se aplica en Ceuta y Melilla), IECDPCAC (Impuesto especial sobre los combustibles derivados del petróleo en la Comunidad Autonoma Canaria),....

FactOffice instala unas plantillas básicas que cubren las necesidades de la mayoria de las PYMES y Autónomos, pero que como bien dice no son las necesidades de todos, ni abarca todas las posibilidades que ofrece el formato Facturae. En la actualidad se están realizando personalizaciones a medida para aquellos que necesiten una extensión de apariencia y funcionalidad de la aplicación, como puede ser la adición de nuevos campos, nuevos tipos de datos, etc...

En breve se publicará la evolución de FactOffice para MS Office 2010, bajo el nombre OffInvoice. Este nuevo complemento Add-In funciona tanto en MS Word como MS Excel y permite la generación de facturas electrónicas en distintos formatos: Facturae 3.1, Facturae 3.2, UBL (Universal Business Language) y CII (Cross Industry Invoice).

Albalia (and now the FactOffice community) has developed a new Ribbon extension that installs as an Add-in on Microsoft Word 2007 to allow the management (issuing, visualization and reception) of electronic invoices, based in the spanish XML format facturae.

The Add-in uses Word as a template for data capture in the case of issuing, for visualization in a friendly way in the case of reception. Permits validate and sign with electronic signature in XAdES-EPES and XAdES-XL formats. OOXML is in this way a "container" of the facturae invoice, that can also show a defined layout.

It creates a new Ribbon entry or toolbar with dedicated electronic invoice options, under the title "facturae".

The resulting system complies with the European Directives 2006/112/CE and 1999/93/CE.

This project is carried out on the platform Microsoft Office not only because it is the tool most widespread Office market but by ease that we have found to develop on it. The quantity and quality of information available to develop in MS Office is quite enough compared to other tools on the market of similar characteristics such as OpenOffice. We was pleasantly surprised that a commercial office platform as MS Office gives the opportunity to develop in open source, whatever the final license. In our case, after evaluating various various alternatives as GPL or LGPL we have decided to publish the result under the public license MSPL due to the freedom offered with regard to future releases.

Likewise, we opted from the beginning by the use of open standards such as XAdES and Facturae, which are absolutely transparent integrated in the OpenXML document. On the other hand, from the visual point of view, usability and user experience we must mention the style revolution that resulted in the emergence of the Ribbon and custom task panes allow give to our products visual appeal that only MS Office can provide and we have not found in any other tool. In view of such satisfactory results in this project we are working from this moment on replication model on other similar use cases that require the use of vertical XML schemas and open standards, so we invite any entity receipt of this type needs to explore the extensive possibilities that offers this technology and in particular to public administrations, that surely will find MS Office one of the best allies to interact with the citizen and comply with its obligations regarding the law 11/2007 in particular with regard to the use of open standards without therefore giving usability, simplicity, security and universalization you have MS Office Tools.

Hola Luis Felipe,

Tienes razón no había leído correctamente la licencia de uso, pensaba que la librería Xades.dll era libre para usarla en cualquier entorno pero me ha quedado claro que no, pido disculpas por el error, doy paso a retroceder el código.

He de recordarle que por favor lea las licencias de uso de la librería Xades.dll y del software FactOffice, donde no puede ser usado bajo un entorno diferente al desarrollo o progreso del proyecto FactOffice.

Buenas a todos,
Estoy intentado firmar con XADES documentos XML, al ejecutar el método XadesEpes me solicita un certificado, lo selecciono y me aparece una excepcion que con el siguiente error:

Utilizo la librería Xades.dll y el código incluido es el siguiente:

La verdad es que el error no lo entiendo muy bien, he probado también con el método XadesXL y me ocurre lo mismo. Si alguien puede ayudarme me vendrá muy bien. Gracias por todo.

Esta nueva release soluciona el problema para aquellos CIF cuyo dígito de control es una letra, como es el caso de:
-Sociedades Colectivas
-Españoles menores de 14 años
-Españoles residentes en el extranjero sin DNI
-Extranjeros que no tienen NIE
-Entidades Extranjeras
-Corporaciones Locales
-Organismos públicos
-Congregaciones e instituciones religiosas
-Organismos de la Administración del Estado y de las Comunidades Autónomas
-Establecimientos permanentes de entidades no residentes en España.
